Bringing Woman in Nuclear the Netherlands members together and support them in the nuclear sector. That is the goal of the WiN NL Mentorship Committee. If you are a WiN (NL) Member, you can sign up as a mentor or a mentee. In the Mentorship Programme, we pair someone with a nuclear professional with someone with less experience to support career growth and skill-building. During the matching process, we pair two members based on background, (personal development) goals, interests, and expectations.
While participating in the Membership Programme, mentor and mentee start with a kick-off session followed by frequent check-ins. Those one-on-one sessions are free-format; setting, topics and frequency can be agreed upon.
